Website release review for overseas clients

I provide remote website technical review, scoped implementation and release verification for businesses outside mainland China. Deliverables are a digital findings report and agreed code changes. I do not sell physical goods.

Fixed-scope diagnostic — USD 99

What this is

A pre-launch and post-launch technical check of a website: a reproducible, evidence-backed list of concrete defects and risks that affect crawling, indexing and correct rendering — plus, if you want them, a limited set of fixes and a re-verification pass after the changes.

It is deliberately narrow. I do not sell search rankings, AI citations, traffic or revenue, and I make no promises about any of them. A clean report — where nothing is wrong — is a legitimate outcome.

Who it is for

  • Overseas businesses and small teams who publish or ship websites and want an independent, specific technical read before or after a release.
  • Owners without in-house web operations who would rather receive a written, reproducible list than a vague "audit".
  • Anyone who wants the scope, the checks and the price agreed in writing before payment.

What you receive

1. A written findings report
Findings are separated into confirmed defects, contextual review prompts, passing checks and untested items. Each confirmed defect includes its exact URL, the observed evidence, reproduction steps, a justified severity and a suggested fix.
2. Agreed code changes (optional, scoped)
Only after we agree a written list of fix items. You grant the minimum access needed, and you authorise every deployment. I never publish on your behalf without your go-ahead.
3. A release-verification pass
After fixes, I re-check the agreed URLs and hand over a short before/after note so you can see what changed.
4. One clarification round
One round of written explanation or correction of the findings is included with the diagnostic.

How ordering works

  1. Contact. Email hello@openyuri.com with the site and the concern.
  2. Written scope + fixed price. We agree the URL list and the check set — both sides confirm before any work.
  3. Payment. A PayPal invoice in USD for the agreed scope.
  4. Report within the agreed window. I deliver the findings report on the date we committed to after seeing your URL list.
  5. One clarification round. Questions and corrections about the findings. Larger fixes are quoted separately, per agreed milestone.

Before you pay. I can do one of two free things: a single short observation based only on 1–2 normal, publicly reachable pages of your site, or a walkthrough of my self-owned reference case (Work & references). I will not invent defects to create urgency, and I will not give away a full delivery for free.

Explicitly out of scope

  • 24/7 standby or an emergency SLA.
  • Unlimited revisions.
  • Ad spend or paid media.
  • Large-scale content production or ongoing content operations.
  • Payment systems, production databases, or any change to live transactional data.
  • Security testing or penetration testing.

I never scan or modify a third-party system without the owner's authorisation. A client authorising me is not authorisation to touch someone else's site.
